Insomnia

restless stars
and insomniacs
confabulate-
the moon and i
sneak out to eavesdrop

rain returns

stepping stones
for my thoughts
the sky
offers cloud,
after cloud

morning !

The sun's kissing away mother earth's morning tears.

fall winds
water rushing from the tap
colder and colder

morning. Besides Dal lake

we lie in the shadows/
as the sun works its magic/
on the waves/
in the lake before us/
then engulfs us in splendor
